OH MY GOSH!!! Yes.. I need to shout! 😛 Last year I created my own free from hot cross bunswhich were amazing and if you have the time I’d highly recommend them BUT… they do take a long time AND wouldn’t you rather be doing something else like eating making chocolateor spending time with family and friends? Now you can! 😀 Oh my! I still can’t believe I didn’t think of this before!

You might have noticed (especially if you follow me on instagram) that I love pancakes (stay with me here), well, what I’ve done is combined an American style pancakewith a hot cross bun and the result is amazing! You can now have free-from hot cross buns without spending hours in the kitchen! You could even whip them up for breakfast! Or make them today and refrigerate…

During the Easter break, Max enjoyed hand and face painting, as well as eating too much chocolate!

Mummy thinks this is supposed to be a blue and white teddy bear, although she’s not quite sure. Max can be quite a fidgety little fellow, so maybe this is why it was slightly smudged! 🙂 . He was very proud of it none the less.

His new favourite word is now ‘chocolate’ due to all the Easter eggs he had. When mummy explained that Easter was now over, so he could not have any more chocolate, with a very unimpressed look upon his face, and his hands up in the air, he asked “Why?”.
